RINA-certified decking panel composed of Okoumè inner layers and 22/10 Mahogany veneer faces with white wood fillet, 34+4 mm pitch and class 3 - E1 gluing (melamine glue). Used for decks in the nautical field.

Rotary cut Mahogany Plywood for bottoms
RINA certified rotary-cut Mahogany marine plywood, available with bow panel in original diagonal layout, isotropic at 45° or orthogonal at 90°.

CEDRELA PLYWOOD
Plywood composed of Okoumè inner layers and Cedrella 0.6 mm veneer face. Glued in Class 3 - E1 (melamine glue).
It finds application in the nautical field for passenger compartment interior, sides and dashboard.

Technical information
The panels are RINA approved. The bondings used are Class 3 - E1, so they are boil-resistant and ideal for outdoor use; they are made according to EN 314.2 standards.

Teak/Mahogany effect laminate reproduces the wood grain and the typical ivory inlays. The interval between inlays is 45 mm and each inlay is 5 mm wide.

Technical information
The parts in Okoume are manufactured in compliance with NF CTB-X exterior plywood standards. They have obtained the CE marking for structural use in external environment, according to EN 13896 standards.
Depending on the specificities, Isophon Light ™ can be requested with a Okoumè or FSC 100% certified plywood face.
The bonding of the compensated Okoumè used are in Class 3 – E1, therefore resistant to boiling ´ and ideal for external uses; are carried out according to EN 314.2.
The Sandwich panel assembly (plywood + core layer) is made with melamine adhesive in class E0 NAF – No Added Formaldehyde.
Nota Bene - Class E0
Isophon Light™ can be requested entirely in class E0 if faces are made with RINA Okoume plywood of our production.
