Isofloor™ is the definitive sandwich panel for creating the foundational layer of the internal and external floorings of yachts and Megayacht.
A virtuous compromise of rigidity, stability and sound insulation, offers with the installation of a single panel all the advantages offered by the traditional "layered" laying, considerably reducing the installation time, optimizing the working cycle in Construction and labor costs.

Boatbuilding

Paglioli, flooring, floors, can be used with success also to realize bearing compartmentalization.

Composition

Composed of external faces (skins) of marine plywood Okoumè
Standard core in sheath of 3 mm high density corkrubber from 780 kg/m³ (on request, available also in thicknesses of 4 mm and 6 mm, with density 650 and 950 kg/m³)
Contact layer in high density rubber sheath from 2000 kg/m³ standard thickness 3mm (available on request in other thicknesses)
Marine bonding in Class 3 (See Specifications)

Technical information

The parts in Okoume are manufactured in compliance with NF CTB-X exterior plywood standards. They have obtained the CE marking for structural use in external environment, according to EN 13896 standards.
Depending on the specificities, Isofloor™ can be requested with an Okoum plywood face or FSC 100% certified.
The bonding of the compensated Okoumè used are in Class 3 – E1, therefore resistant to boiling ´ and ideal for external uses; are carried out according to EN 314.2.
