Isomar HC™ is suitable for both nautical and residential furnishing purposes. Its honeycomb composition makes it excellent for all non-structural parts.

- Extremely light, for the same thickness it offers greater stiffness and up to 68% lower weight compared to the Okoume Marine Plywood commonly used for the same applications

Composition
- Faces in Okoume Marine Plywood
- Face quality (surface layers): B/BB
- Core layer: honeycomb polypropylene sheet with 80 kg/m³ density
- Gluing with melamine adhesive in Class 3 (See Specifications)
Certifications and marking
Technical information
The parts in Okoume are manufactured in compliance with NF CTB-X exterior plywood standards. They have obtained the CE marking for structural use in external environment, according to EN 13896 standards.
Depending on the specificities, Isomar HC ™ can be requested with a Okoumè of FSC mixed or FSC 100% certified plywood faces.
The bonding of the compensated Okoumè used are in Class 3 – E1, therefore resistant to boiling and ideal for external uses; are carried out according to EN 314.2.
The Sandwich panel assembly (plywood + core layer) is made with melamine adhesive in class E0 NAF – No Added Formaldehyde.
Nota Bene - Class E0
Isomar HC ™ can be requested entirely in the E0 class, employing for the faces the RINA-branded Okoumè plywood of our production.
