Applications
The Isomar + Isophon Light ™ panel is applied in projects requiring a low weight, high mechanical characteristics and excellent sound insulation performance. Developed to meet the needs of shipbuilding and recreational yacht building, the panel is also suitable for works in the construction sector.

Boatbuilding
Structural walls and bulkheads, engine compartments and load-bearing partitions in general, requiring acoustic insulation.
Constructions
Prefab houses and house boats, partition walls with incorporated conduits, mezzanines.

Composition
- Composed of outer faces (skins) of Isophon Light ™
- Polyethylene terephthalate PET cellular foam core
- Gluing with melamine adhesive in Class 3 (See Specifications)
Certifications and marking
Technical information
The parts in Okoume are manufactured in compliance with NF CTB-X exterior plywood standards. They have obtained the CE marking for structural use in external environment, according to EN 13896 standards.
Depending on the specific characteristics, Isomar + Isophon Light ™ can be requested with plywood faces of Okoumè FSC mixed or 100% FSC certified.
The bonding of the compensated Okoumè used are in Class 3 – E1, therefore resistant to boiling and ideal for external uses; are carried out according to EN 314.2.
Nota Bene - Class E0
Isomar + Isophon Light™ can be ordered entirely in Class E0 (No Added Formaldehyde) upon request.
